Last night I taught your Hills and Dales of Ireland from 2009. One song that I used is called Eyes Wide Open by Hothouse Flowers. Love it! There are also a lot of fast paced fiddle songs from Great Big Sea which are great!

I have to teach a Cycling Clinic in 90 minutes. We're in the middle of a 12-week periodized program. Last week we determined their functional threshold power (FTP) on the Keiser bikes, and today we are going to work on verifying that it is at least close to their threshold power by doing hill repeats around that power amount.
ANyhoo...I am only now putting the playlist together - and threw together the following with the songs I already have. Tonight I'm going to try to download some of the great suggestions here for my class tomorrow (which is another cycling clinic at another club - but we're doing LTHR flat road/fast leg repeats. They already did the hill repeats on Tuesday).
