About Me

My photo
Jennifer Sage
I've been in fitness since the 80's. I have a BS in Exercise Science and detoured to an MBA '92. I took my first Spinning class in 1996 and fell in love, became a Master Instructor for Spinning in 1997 and have been certifying and motivating instructors ever since. In 2009 I left Spinning to help create one indoor cycling website and most recently founded the Indoor Cycling Association where I am now continuing my passion to educate and inspire instructors. This site is devoted to inspiring indoor cycling instructors by providing profiles, music suggestions, cueing and motivation tips and visualizations.I own two businesses, Reach Your Peak and Viva Travels. Through Reach Your Peak I am the founder of the Indoor Cycling Association, a consultant for Indoor Cycling programs, Master Indoor Cycling Instructor, cycling coach and personal trainer. Viva Travels provides custom guided and self-guided bicycle tours to the most beautiful places in Europe and California, for discerning cyclists seeking a unique vacation. I specialize in self-guided tours, and give you everything you need to know to do it on your own in total confidence.
