About Me
- Jennifer Sage
- I've been in fitness since the 80's. I have a BS in Exercise Science and detoured to an MBA '92. I took my first Spinning class in 1997 and fell in love, became a Master Instructor for Spinning in 1998 and have been certifying and motivating instructors ever since. In 2009 I left Spinning to help create one indoor cycling website and most recently founded the Indoor Cycling Association where I am now continuing my passion to educate and inspire instructors. This site is devoted to inspiring indoor cycling instructors by providing profiles, music suggestions, cueing and motivation tips and visualizations. I own two businesses, Reach Your Peak and Viva Travels. Through Reach Your Peak I am the founder of the Indoor Cycling Association, a consultant for Indoor Cycling programs, Master Indoor Cycling Instructor, cycling coach and personal trainer. Viva Travels provides custom guided and self-guided bicycle tours to the most beautiful places in Europe and California, for discerning cyclists seeking a unique vacation. I specialize in self-guided tours, and give you everything you need to know to do it on your own in total confidence.
